We ended up with different configurations of window units than we had originally requested, based on Hallmark Glazed Extensions' recommendation. This has proved to be very beneficial, from a practical day-to-day usage perspective. We hadn’t thought of some of the issues with our original request that Hallmark pointed out during our design consultation (reaching window handles, Fan light location) and were glad to get the expert insight.
Project went to schedule and we were charged what we were quoted. Payment terms clearly laid out in the quote.
Installation team were professional and courteous. They worked through a spell of very bad weather.
Very happy with the finished result. Would recommend.
