Whoever said the conservatory is dead, is wrong!
This may be true of the stereotypical 1980’s traditional white uPVC conservatories, especially those with polycarbonate roofs. Without a doubt, they can become too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter.
Don’t get us wrong, even today this can be said of newer conservatories, but that comes down to a company or individual providing poor design advice, frame/glazing options and giving you that 'special' low price - you get what you pay for as they say!
However, take this recent project we designed and built for our client in Ringmer, East Sussex, where we created extra space and an alternative new living environment.
This provided an abundance of natural light and views of the garden that can be comfortably enjoyed all year round, ensuring it never gets too hot or too cold!
