5.How do I decide on the best material to use for my new windows, doors, garden room or conservatory or orangery?
All of the products at Hallmark are available in a variety of materials and with bespoke finishes, our design consultation takes into account your requirements and will advise you based on budget and your ideal design.
It may be that you have in mind that you want a Upvc framed glass extension, however during the initial consultation depending on the design the product we recommend may be using aluminium or hardwood, this will all be based on our expert experience and of course the desired design and realistic budget.

9.Do I need planning?
The current planning laws allow up to 6 metres for semi-detached/terraced houses and 8 metres for detached residences.
Should you live in An Area Of Natural Beauty or a National Park, you will normally require Planning Approval before adding a glazed extension. Further information can be found on the government planning permission website.
Our garden rooms are designed to be within the permitted development guidelines.
