Are you in the market for a new home extension? Do you know what type of extension you would like and where to begin?
A lot of people may find having an extension built at their property quite overwhelming as it can seem like a lengthy process, however, we are here to break it down for you with our easy three-step process.

Design Consultation
This is a very important stage in the process of creating your dream extension. Here we will discuss everything about your extension and what you are wanting to do with your property.
Areas we will discuss include - Purpose and functionality, aesthetics, technical considerations and realistic investment required.
It is crucial to go through each of these steps so that we have a clear understanding of the task at hand and know what needs to be achieved whilst being within your budget.
The design consultation is a stage we also find necessary to establish trust and confidence. This way you can feel comfortable asking us any questions and can take on any recommendations from us.

From our designer’s perspective, the first design consultation is the most important meeting...

Design Proposal
Stage 2 is where we get to work. Our team of professional designers will put together detailed and technical concept visualisations of your home extension. Whether it is a glass conservatory, orangery or garden room, our concepts will bring your dream to life and give you a true representation of what your property could look like.
Alongside the concepts, we will supply you with a detailed quote so that you know how much the job will cost to make these concepts a reality.
Once you are happy to proceed, we can now get to stage 3, the design installation.

Design Installation
This is the stage everyone looks forward to!
To begin with, all necessary planning permission and surveying will be taken care of by us so that we will have the green light to begin construction.
Once that is all complete, all parts will be manufactured ready to use in the construction so we can start the installation.
Typically it will take 2-4 weeks for the structure to be built, glazed and weathered, followed by another 1-2 weeks to complete the finishing touches, such as the electrics, plumbing, heating and flooring.
Conservatory interiors vary from job to job so the time to complete the finishing touches can differ.
